2009 Women’s Summer Tennis League
Registration is underway for Oakhurst women who would like to play outdoor tennis in the Naperville Women’s Summer Tennis League. Three new Oakhurst teams will compete against 12 other neighborhood communities in the Naperville/Aurora area. Women can register for one of three teams: A (advanced), B (intermediate), or C (beginner). Each team will consist of four doubles teams.
The teams will be coached by USPTR professional Bob Nasenbeny and nationally ranked college player Bryna Nasenbeny. Bob has coached many highly ranked USTA junior players who have gone on to play NCAA Div 1 tennis. As a junior, Bryna was ranked 179 in the nation in G18; she now plays first singles on the South Dakota State University women’s tennis team. Kickers Soccer Club
The Kickers Soccer Club is a not-for-profit, competitive traveling soccer club in the Aurora/Naperville area. The club's goals are to coordinate soccer activities for the benefit of the player, team, and the community. They strive to field teams that compete at a high level by developing players, but do not have a "win at any cost" philosophy.
The club's teams compete in the Northern Illinois Soccer League (NISL) and the Illinois Women's Soccer League (IWSL). They employ a professional training through Major League Soccer/Chicago Fire soccer camps. Their objective is to provide high level training to all teams and individuals in the club on a weekly basis so that players benefit from a consistent development process.

The club has 31 boys and girls teams, ages U7-U17. Team Chicago strives to teach a high level of soccer at a very young age for both boys and girls, using methods that are fun for all ages. The focus is on the development of individual skills and teamwork, rather than winning games at all costs, and instilling ethics and sportsmanship in players, coaches and parents on and off the field.
